Terms & Conditions

  • I reserve the right to refuse my services

  • Prices are subject to change at any time

  • Your top up appointment for Microblading must be within 6-8 weeks of your initial appointment. Top ups that have been rescheduled and take place after 8 weeks will be at a higher cost.

  • If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, you must email a clear photo prior to booking your appointment. I cannot guarantee results and must approve that your eyebrows are workable. If they're too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, a colour correction procedure or tattoo removal will be highly recommended before beginning the cover-up

  • Before a brow treatment, a patch test will need to be performed at least 24 hours before, if you do not have a patch test the treatment cannot be carried out.

  • To secure your consultation a £50 refundable booking fee will need to be taken which comes off the total cost on the day of treatment.

  • To secure your procedure/treatment a refundable deposit is to be taken which comes off the total cost on the day of your procedure.

  • All appointments and consultations cannot be held without a deposit. I accept bank transfer and card payments via Zettle.

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hers notice, less than 48 hrs and no shows will incur a cancellation fee whereby your deposit will not be refunded

  • Pictures will be taken during your procedure for reference purposes and they may be used by HighbrowBlading for marketing purposes on social media sites and on their webpage

  • I cannot guarantee 100% successful results for clients, each unique skin type reacts to pigments and the method differently especially those with skin problems. Results vary depending on health conditions, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. I do not offer refunds as I have carried out the treatment at a cost to me.
